FREE water filter included for any ice machine 300 lbs and over. This also includes Cool Tech's automated reminders to change filters. We will take care of letting you know.

We know how important having clean ice is. We want to keep your ice machine working as designed to ensure a long life. We will contact you via email or phone to remind you when it is time to change the filter.

Let us know if you want to pre-schedule a Cool Tech "health check" visit and we will change the filter for you while onsite. We will let you know a week in advance when we are coming as part of this service.
